Students of the HRM Discipline, Faculty of Business Studies, Department of Business Administration (8th Semester), Premier University, successfully completed an industrial tour on 24 November 2025 at Sonnet Industries Ltd, conducted at its production facility Sonnet Fashions Ltd.
The visit was graciously facilitated by:

Md. Ahsan, Senior Executive, HR, Admin & Compliance Department
Alaka Nath, Welfare & Compliance Executive, HR, Admin & Compliance Department
Under their guidance, students had the opportunity to gain hands-on insights into real-world industrial operations. The management team demonstrated various functional systems, operational processes, and workforce management practices, showcasing how they effectively manage a workforce of 650–700 employees. Their detailed explanations helped students understand the efficient HRM strategies that contribute significantly to the company’s productivity and overall organizational performance.

A total of 32 students participated in this educational tour and greatly benefited from the practical exposure that aligns with their academic learning.
