Poster Presentation by HRM Major Students Held at Premier University, Chattogram

In the auspicious month of International Labor Day, the Department of Business Administration at Premier University, Chattogram, hosted a special poster presentation event on March 22, 2025. The event featured (7th and 8th semester) Human Resource Management (HRM) major students showcasing their projects on the implementation of labor laws and industrial relations across various sectors in Bangladesh.

The students presented their posters on industries such as the tea sector, jute sector, leather industry, transportation sector, construction industry, garments and textile sector, plastic and packaging sector, and the tiles and ceramics industry etc.

The Honorable Vice-Chancellor S.M.Nasrul Quadir of Premier University, along with the honorable Assistant Dean of Faculty of Business Studies professor Moinul Hoque , and other respected faculty members, visited the exhibition, appreciated the students' efforts, and encouraged their academic and practical insights.

In his remarks, the Vice Chancellor noted, “This experience will remain a cherished memory for the students amidst their otherwise hectic lives,” highlighting the significance of such academic initiatives in building real-world understanding and application.

The entire presentation event was supervised by Zeenat Shahana,Assistant Professor , Human Resource Management discipline, department of business administration. The event was a commendable step toward bridging theoretical knowledge with practical relevance in the field of labor law and industrial relations.
