About


With over 26 years of professional experience, including more than 18 years in academia, Julia Parveen holds the position of Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Business Studies (Marketing) at Premier University, having served as a Lecturer since 2006. Her professional journey began in 1999 as Company Secretary at Friendship Trading (Pvt) Ltd., followed by a role as a Junior Merchandiser at RANL Group, Chattogram. Julia Parveen is an enthusiastic academic with a robust thirst for teaching and research in different disciplines. Her research interests include digital marketing, SMEs, Corporate Social Responsibility, labor rights issues in Bangladesh, relationship marketing, entrepreneurship, branding, and ethics. She has publications in online and offline journals. She earned degree of Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) from University of Chittagong. Additional qualification is the strong leadership that has been demonstrated through 14 years as Chief Moderator of the Premier University Debating Society (PUDS) and active involvement in cultural and academic activities. Also, she is a chairman of one exam committee in premier university. With widespread involvement in higher education and with external institution, she is dedicated to nurturing an inspiring and appealing learning environment that endorses theoretical and personal distinction among students.
