About


Professor Mohammad Moinul Haque has been serving as both an academic and administrator for over two decades. Currently, he holds the positions of Professor in the Department of Business Administration and Assistant Dean at the Faculty of Business Studies, Premier University, Chittagong. Through his extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership, he has played a pivotal role in advancing business education in Chattogram.

Professor Moinul completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Chittagong and is presently pursuing a PhD at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. His teaching portfolio spans a wide range of subjects, including Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Business Statistics, Operations Research, and Business Research Methods, among others.

As a dedicated researcher, Professor Moinul has authored a good number of articles published in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals, such as the Journal of Service Theory and Practice, Journal of Business Administration, Bank Parikrama, Global Business and Organizational Excellence, and IIM Kozhikode Society & Management Review. His research is widely recognized for its academic rigor, practical relevance, and contributions to both theoretical and applied fields in business and management. He also serves as a reviewer for several indexed journals published by Emerald, ScienceDirect, SAGE, and others.

Beyond his teaching and research commitments, Professor Moinul is actively involved in academic publishing, serving on the editorial boards of multiple respected journals. In this capacity, he helps maintain scholarly standards and promotes the dissemination of high-quality research.

In addition, he serves as Additional Director (ETL) of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Premier University, where he actively works to elevate academic standards and implement robust quality assurance practices. As Convenor of the Business Entrepreneurs Club in the Department of Business Administration, he fosters student entrepreneurship initiatives and strengthens industry-academia collaboration.

As an educator, he is deeply committed to fostering a student-centered learning environment that cultivates critical thinking, ethical leadership, and global business awareness. In his administrative role, he continues to shape the academic and strategic direction of the Faculty of Business Studies, contributing to its ongoing growth and excellence.
