About


I am A. K. M. Nashim Uddin, an “Assistant Professor of English” at the Department of Business Administration at Premier University, Chattogram, Bangladesh. I am pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD in Applied Linguistics) at UNIVERSITI SAINS MALAYSIA (USM). Moreover, I have completed twelve professional MOOC and OPEN courses from different US and Australian Universities. I had been delegated as a “High Performing Alumni for the winter 2022 OPEN” for the course named “Professional Development for Teacher Trainers” offered by Arizona State University, USA. 

I am a lifetime member of BELTA (Bangladesh English Language Teachers Association) and an associate member of IATEFL and TESOL. My research areas are Language Planning and ELT Policies, Multimodality in Second Language Acquisition, Technology in the Language Classroom, and Applied Linguistics. Moreover, I like to review postcolonial literature, flash fiction and meta-fiction aiming to foster a creative and humanitarian learning community.
