About


Ms. Rahima Begum is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Premier University, Chittagong, Bangladesh. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Organization Change, Compensation Management, and Supply Chain Management. She completed her graduation in BBA and post-graduation with an MBA from the University of Chittagong. She teaches Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Compensation Management, Conflict Management, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Labor Economics, Labor Law, Principles of Management, Introduction to Business, Introduction to Psychology, Entrepreneurship Development, Operations Management, Organization Development & Change, Industrial Relations, Business Statistics. She was awarded a primary school scholarship by the Bangladesh Government in 1992 and a secondary school scholarship by the Bangladesh Teachers Association. in 1993 and 1994 respectively.
