Shafaitun Nahar is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Business Studies at Premier University, bringing nearly twelve years of extensive classroom experience to the role. She has a strong dedication to promoting excellence in teaching and has earned an M.Phil. with a thesis titled “Corporate Governance of Banks” from the University of Chittagong. Her research interests encompass areas such as Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Accounting for Sustainable Development, and Management Accounting. Committed to student development, she focuses on understanding and accommodating diverse learning styles and abilities, striving to create a flexible and supportive learning environment for her students.

• The research article entitled “Perceptions of Accountants toward Sustainability Development Practices in Bangladesh” has been published in the Journal of Management and Sustainability; Vol. 7, No. 3, 2017 a Journal of Canadian Center of Science and Education, Canada.
