intersection of digital marketing and customer engagement with expert knowledge on Bangladesh's
fast-digitizing marketplaces. Expertise has witnessed three papers of academic
record analyze localized approaches to crafting brand attachment and maximizing
digital interaction in emerging markets. Parallel to academia, I have spent 11
years shaping transformational leadership as an Assistant Proctor at Premier
University, working initiatives that integrate administrative excellence with
student empowerment. My responsibility involved coordinating campus-wide
disciplinary systems, organizing mental health advocacy programs, and guiding
students to overcome academic and personal challenges—efforts that promoted
institutional integrity and a culture of accountability and belonging.
