About

I am Popy Podder, an Assistant Professor specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM) with a deep passion for understanding the intricacies of Organizational Behavior and Leadership. With years of academic and research experience, I am committed to advancing knowledge in the field through teaching, mentorship, and innovative research.
My academic journey has been focused on exploring how leadership dynamics and organizational culture impact employee engagement, productivity, and overall organizational success. I strive to create a learning environment that nurtures the growth of students and fosters critical thinking, helping them become future leaders in the ever-evolving business landscape.
As a researcher, my interests lie in identifying strategies for effective leadership, enhancing organizational performance, and exploring the psychology behind workplace behavior. Through my work, I aim to contribute to both academic discourse and practical solutions for today’s HR challenges.
