With extensive experience in higher education, she is committed to fostering a motivating and engaging learning environment that promotes academic and personal excellence among students. She holds an MPhil, MBA, and BBA in Marketing, which provides her with the expertise to contribute effectively to both the teaching and scholarly research communities. She pursued a Ph.D. in customer engagement marketing at the Department of Marketing, University of Chittagong. Chowdhury’s key research interests are Relationship Marketing, Customer Engagement, Social Media Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Brand advocacy, and Digital Payment. She has published in peer-reviewed journals such as Premier Critical Perspective, ICMA, Chittagong University Journal of Business Administration, and other online journals.
